HOW TO ORDER
We try to display as many products as possible on the website and continue to add new products. However, if you cannot find what you are looking for, please send an enquiry through contact us.
All items displayed on the website are made to order. We don't stock any items. Some items can be ordered in single quantities and some of them have to be ordered in minimum quantities.
The order process starts from receiving a quote request from the buyer which is then followed up by our team by sending a price quotation. If the buyer agrees with the prices, we immediately send a pro-forma invoice to confirm.
A. ORDERING VIA WEBSITE
- Please log in to start browsing our products. If you have not registered yet, click here to be taken to the register page. The registration process only takes a minute and is free!
- The keyword search box is located at the top right of each page.
- To start adding the items you like please click the “Add To Quote” button. You will be redirected to Quote Cart page. Here you can modify your items list.
- Click “ADD MORE ITEMS” if you would like to add more items, or click “DONE” button when you're done.
- Follow all checkout process by pressing "Continue" button.
- At the end of the process, click the "CONFIRM" button, and the list of items you have selected will be forwarded to our team. You also get a copy of the detailed quote request.
- If you do not get any response within 24 hours, please contact us by including your Quote# in the email subject.
B. ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ORDERING
If you do not want to order through our website, you can order through contact us form. Please include all details of the items you want to order such as item number, quantity order, etc.
