Q: Are your product measurements accurate?
A: Please note that all measurements on the website are approximate as most of our items are handmade and made from natural materials so will vary slightly in size and shape from the product in the photograph. Dimensions are shown in centimeters.
Q: Where are your products produced or sourced?
A: Our products are produced by talented artisans in Bali Indonesia with the emphasis on fair trade.
Q: Are the products displayed on the website ready in stock?
A: All products on the website are made to order.
Q: I found interesting products elsewhere, can you make or source them for me?
A: Yes, we can. Please email us the product details.
Q: Do you accept custom order?
A: Yes, we do accept custom orders.
Q: What is your minimum order value?
A: We have NO MINIMUM ORDER and can supply in singles, cartons, pallets and containers.
Q: What is the minimum order for each item?
A: Some items can be ordered in single quantities and some of them have to be ordered in minimum quantities.
Q: What is your production lead time?
A: All the items listed on the website are specifically made to order. We do not stock any items.
After we received your full payment we start to produce your order. Production lead time varies according to the quantity and type of items ordered, which is around 7 to 14 days.
Q: What type of products do you sell?
A: We offer an extensive range of wholesale gifts, interior décor, home accessories and furniture at the lowest wholesale prices. Our product range includes, but not limited to wood carvings, figurine sculptures, Buddha items, masks, wall arts, nautical souvenirs, musical instruments, vases, lamps, natural photo albums, phot frames, molten glass on driftwood, mosaic handicrafts, mirrors, wind chimes, candle holders, kitchen ornaments, baskets, fashion accessories and much more that are Fair Trade and Ethically produced.
Q: What price terms do you offer?
A: Our prices include shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the quote. You may bear (if any) the import duties and other costs that may occur in the destination country.
Q: Where do you export to?
A: We ship and export our products worldwide.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: Payment can be made using all major credit/debit cards, Bank Transfer or Wire Transfer. However, we do not accept L/C payments.
Q: Do you Dropship?
A: We currently do not offer a drop shipping service.
